Your Precision Mold Maker — Free DFM Analysis Before Mold Making
We design, machine, assemble, and trial injection molds, die-cast molds, and stamping dies - every step under our roof. Send your 3D drawing. Get back a production-ready mold.
Your steel grade is chosen before your mold is cut.
We stock 60+ grades — P20, H13, NAK80, S136, 718H, and tool steels from ASSAB, Daido, and Buderus. Before machining starts, we match the steel to your resin, your shot count, and your surface finish. No "P20 will probably work."
DFM is not an upsell. It's step one.
Gate placement. Cooling layout. Parting line. Draft angles. Mold flow. You review. You approve. Then we machine. Every project, no exceptions.
One engineer. Drawing to crate.
The person who writes your DFM programs your CNC, schedules your EDM and stands next to your mold at T0. You call them directly. No salesperson. No "let me check with the team."
Data ships with your mold. Every time.
CMM report. Material cert with heat number. Hardness test. T0 samples. In the crate. You don't ask for it — it's how we close every project.
Injection molds (thermoplastics, single to multi-cavity), die-cast molds (aluminum/zinc), and stamping dies (progressive, compound, transfer). High-polish optical-grade lenses to heavy automotive tooling — all under our roof.
Walk me through a project — drawing to delivery.+
Send 3D files → DFM report within 48h with steel recommendation → Mold design & mold flow → In-house CNC/EDM/heat treat/wire-cut → Assembly by senior toolmakers → T0 trial with full inspection data → Export packing. Weekly progress updates at every stage.
What tolerances can you hold?+
Cavity and core finishing to ±0.01mm. High-polish surfaces to SPI A1 / Ra ≤0.025μm. CMM dimensional inspection and hardness testing on-site — every measurement is verified before the mold leaves.
Do you provide DFM and mold flow analysis?+
Standard on every project. DFM covers parting line, gate type and location, ejection strategy, cooling layout, and steel selection rationale. Mold flow simulation recommended for thin-wall, optical, and complex parts — we run it before a single chip is cut.
What quality documents do you ship with the mold?+
CMM dimensional report, raw material MTR (ISO 17025 lab), hardness test certificate, T0 trial samples and process parameters. UT and MPI on request. EN 10204 3.1 standard for EU shipments.
Can you help me pick the right steel for my mold?+
This is what sets us apart. We stock 60+ grades — P20, 718H, NAK80, S136 ESR, H13 ESR, 8407, DIEVAR, DC53, SKD11, Cr12MoV, and more. Our engineers recommend based on your resin, production volume, surface finish, and budget. Not what's easiest to cut — what your mold actually needs.
What surface finishes can you achieve?+
Mirror polish (SPI A1/A2) for optical and medical parts, EDM textures (VDI 3400 reference), laser etching, and custom textures. S136 ESR cavities routinely polished to Ra 0.025μm for lens-grade molds.
What's your typical lead time?+
Standard single-cavity molds: 4–6 weeks. Complex multi-cavity or hot-runner molds: 8–12 weeks. Cut-to-size steel only: 3–5 working days. Milestone schedule at order confirmation. Rush options available on request.
Where do you ship from, and how is the mold packed?+
Dongguan, Guangdong — one of the world's largest mold manufacturing clusters. Sea freight (FCL/LCL) or air freight worldwide. Every mold: VCI anti-rust wrap + reinforced export plywood crate + container bracing. Arrives ready to install, not needing surface rework from transit.
What's your minimum order?+
1 mold. Single-set prototype to volume production — same team, same process, same quality standard throughout.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Bank Transfer (T/T), PayPal, Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance for secure international transactions.
What if something goes wrong after delivery?+
One contact, one team. Every process — DFM, machining, heat treat, assembly — runs on our floor, so when an issue comes up, we trace it in hours, not weeks. If the root cause is ours, we make it right.
