D3 hardware stamping die steel is a high-carbon, high-chromium alloy cold work tool steel refined by vacuum degassing, ensuring excellent steel cleanliness. It achieves a quenching hardness of 58–60 HRC, with good hardenability, minimal distortion, uniform carbide distribution, high wear resistance, and high toughness, making it resistant to cracking. It is suitable for cutting dies, thin steel sheet blanking dies, cold extrusion dies, etc. We offer one-stop services including fixed-length cutting, CNC machining, and heat treatment.
