Cr12MoV Mold Steel Block Cut-to-Size
Cr12MoV cold work mold steel offers improved toughness, hardenability, and wear resistance compared with Cr12, with a hardened hardness of 58–60 HRC. Alloyed with molybdenum and vanadium, it features refined carbides and stable heat treatment performance, making it suitable for large-section and complex cold work tooling. Widely used for punching dies, trimming dies, flanging dies, deep drawing dies, circular saws, thread rolling dies, and general-purpose cold work tools. Supplied as mold steel blocks with cut-to-size machining.
