SKD11 Mold Steel Block Cut-to-Size
SKD11 cold work mold steel provides high wear resistance, good toughness, and stable hardening performance with a hardness of 58–60 HRC. Produced with vacuum degassing for high cleanliness and fine, uniform carbides, it offers good hardenability and low heat treatment distortion. Widely used for stamping dies, blanking dies, cutting tools, thread rolling dies, cold heading dies, and general-purpose tooling. Supplied as mold steel blocks with cut-to-size machining.
