Technical Review & Quotation

We review the drawings, define the machining route (blocks only or full mold components), and send pricing with lead time.
Order Confirmation

You confirm quantities, specs and delivery terms; we issue the PI and schedule production.
Cutting to Size

Mold steels are cut to size according to your confirmed dimensions and machining allowances.
CNC Machining

Blocks and mold parts are CNC milled and drilled according to the approved drawings and machining program.
EDM / Mirror EDM (Optional)

EDM and mirror EDM for cavities, sharp corners and fine details on mold parts, according to your surface requirements.
Inspection & Marking

Key dimensions and tolerances are inspected; parts can be marked by drawing number, position or cavity ID for easy assembly.
Packing & Shipping

Anti-rust protection, crate packing and export documents are arranged; shipment is sent by air, land or sea with tracking.
