M310 stainless mold steel provides excellent corrosion resistance, good toughness, and stable performance in humid or acidic environments. After heat treatment, it can reach a hardness of 48–52 HRC, making it suitable for plastic injection molds requiring higher wear resistance and surface durability. It is widely used for molding corrosive plastics such as PVC, PP, PE, PC, and PMMA. Supplied as mold steel blocks with cut-to-size machining.
