Large Steel Plate and Block Cutting Capacity
This video records the working process of our large steel plate cutting machine. The equipment is designed for handling long, wide and heavy steel plates and solid blocks, and for cutting them into custom sizes according to engineering drawings.
In daily production, the machine is used to cut big-size steel plates in a typical range of approximately 1.5–2.0 m in width and 3–4 m in length, as well as thick solid blocks with large cross-sections. The achievable thickness depends on the steel grade and final block weight, and is suitable for several-hundred-millimetre sections commonly used in industrial applications.
The cut pieces are supplied as one-piece blocks or plates for further machining. Typical uses include mold bases, machine and equipment frames, tooling plates and general engineering steel blocks where high rigidity and reduced weld joints are required.
